A prayer for laying down burdens

Jesus, you who called all who labour and are heavy laden, today I answer your call. I lay before you everything I am carrying: worry about making a living, fear of the future, the weight of relationships, and exhaustion that has built up. I cannot carry all of this alone, so I hand it over to you. You are able to carry it, and you are faithful. You promised to give me rest, and your promise is true. I rest now in your presence, and I trust that your hand is enough. Amen.
