Care and Accompaniment
You are not alone. If something is weighing on your heart, if you have a question, or if you are going through a hard time, write to us in your own words, even just one line and under a pseudonym. A few members of our ministry team will read your message, pray with you, and answer you from God's Word if you leave them a way to reply.

- We walk with you spiritually through God's Word, by message and under whatever name you choose. Write to us.

What We Cannot Offer
What we offer is prayer and spiritual guidance from God's Word, given by believers who love you. It is not medical advice, therapy or legal advice, nor advice on immigration, asylum or money. If you are ill or going through severe emotional distress, we encourage you to seek help from a trusted doctor or professional, and we will pray with you. Faith does not conflict with seeking treatment, and the Lord works in many ways.
We read messages during the team's ministry hours, and a reply may be delayed. If you are in danger now, do not wait for our reply; read If you are in danger now.
Before you write to us
- Choose the channel you know is best for your safety. Apps that offer disappearing messages are better.
- Do not write your full name, your city or the names of other people.
- If someone else looks at your phone, delete the conversation when it ends and turn on the screen lock.
