Frequently Asked Questions
Can I talk to someone about my faith?
Yes. Write to us, even under a pseudonym, and someone from our ministry team will answer you from God's Word when they can, though the reply may take a while.
How can I contribute to the ministry?
You can contribute through prayer, giving or joining the ministry team. Contact us to find out more.
If You Are in Danger Now
We do not monitor messages around the clock, and our reply may be delayed. If your life or someone else's life is in danger now, call the emergency number in the country where you are, or go to someone you trust and stay with them. If contacting the authorities would put you at risk, start with a trusted person near you. Then message us when you can. You will find more on the “Your Safety First” page.
You can write under a pseudonym. Your message is sent to the church by email and is not stored on the website. A few members of our ministry team read it. The message passes through our hosting provider and our email provider. We do not sell or publish your data. If your device is shared, read “Your Safety First” before you write. If you are asked for an email address, use one that does not include your name.
Important Notice
What we offer on this site, whether from our ministry team or from the automated assistant, is prayer and spiritual guidance from God's Word, given by believers who love you. It is not medical advice, therapy or legal advice, nor advice on immigration, asylum or money. If you are ill or going through severe emotional distress, we encourage you to seek help from a doctor or a trusted professional, and we will pray with you. Faith is not at odds with seeking treatment, and the Lord works in many ways.
