My child came back to us after we had given up hope

My son was seriously ill, and the doctors said there was no hope. I prayed all night, reading God’s Word over his little head: the healing passages from the Gospel of Mark. In the morning he opened his eyes and asked for water. The doctors stood there puzzled. I was not puzzled; I knew who had answered.

“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”
